Shipping Policy

At GLES Kids, we’re committed to delivering your educational kits efficiently and reliably, wherever you are. Please read the following information carefully to understand how we manage shipping for both domestic and international orders.

  

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, launches, or promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, remote location access, or carrier issues beyond our control.

  

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

  

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or items held or refused by local authorities.

  

5. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrectly entered addresses.

  

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email] with photos and a description of the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier. We will replace or refund orders only after the carrier confirms the package cannot be located and the claim is resolved.

  

7. Subscription Shipping

For subscribers of Play Smart Edu Box:

  • Boxes ship on a monthly basis, typically within the first 10 days of the month.
  • Subscription cut-offs for the next month’s box are on the 25th of each month.
  • Shipping notifications and tracking numbers will be emailed each cycle.

  

8. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where applicable; however, delivery timelines may be extended due to logistical constraints.

  

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or change this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At GLES Kids, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality, educational, and fun experiences for children. Due to the nature of our products and services, we kindly ask that you review our policies below before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

Our goal is to make your shopping experience convenient, affordable, and enjoyable. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We accept returns of unopened, unused products up to 25 days after the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason after it was opened, send us an email at support@gleskids.com and tell us about it. We will deal with each on a case-by-case basis.

 

To receive authorization for a return, please contact customer service at support@gleskids.com to obtain a Return Authorization number, known as an RA number, which will be sent within 24 hrs.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. Due to the nature of our downloadable content, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged items upon  delivery
  • Incorrect items shipped in error.

To be eligible for a resolution of downloadable content, please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your product and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of any  damage or defect.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

A. One-Time Orders

Orders placed for non-subscription items cannot be canceled once they are processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

B. Subscription Orders

If you are subscribed to a recurring subscription (e.g., monthly educational box), you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly at support@gleskids.com.

To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your next billing date.

Please note:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • The item was defective or damaged during transit and is reported within 7 days.
  • The incorrect item was received.
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a system error.
  • The item is unopened and unused.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item or box (subject to availability).
  • A credit toward a future purchase.
  • A full or partial refund.

Refunds Are Not Available For:

  • Boxes that have already shipped.
  • Subscription charges made after the cut-off date for cancellation.
  • Minor packaging flaws that do not impact product function.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences.
  • Items lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by carriers or customs.


4. Pause or Skip Subscription

Subscribers may pause or skipa month (for eligible subscriptions) by logging into their account or contacting customer service. Requests must be made prior to the billing datefor the affected month.


5. Refunds

We'll notify you of your refund or credit via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund or credit in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify customer service at support@gleskids.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order. 


7. US & International Shipping, Customs/Duties & Returns 

We take care of your US and international orders through a range of dependable courier services that are shown at checkout. Please note that the buyer has to cover all shipping costs, including any duty, brokerage, or additional charges imposed by the carrier. For all US shipments, a minimum delivery charge of $24.99 CAD applies. If the shipping fee exceeds this, rest assured, we'll get in touch with you before dispatching your order. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

To make a purchase for delivery to the US, pick the United States as your shipping destination at the time of checkout. We're here to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible!

GLES Kids is not responsible for any taxes and/or customs duties in the country of destination of the Products. We cannot predict, in any way, if customs duties will be charged by the country of destination. For more information, please contact the customs office of your country. In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be charged to the customer.
 

8. US & International Returns:

US and international shipments are not eligible for our 30-day refund policy at this time. Thank you for your understanding.


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

We accept payment through major credit cards and other methods listed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will be charged automatically according to the billing cycle selected.

  

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

If you subscribe to a recurring product or service (e.g., monthly box):

  • Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
  • You may cancel any time prior to your renewal date to avoid charges.

Subscription terms and cut-off dates are listed on our website and in your account dashboard.

  

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada and select international locations. Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Shipping fees and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.

  

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our educational boxes, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@gleskids.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • A replacement item or box;
  • A credit for future use;
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
